• I’ve worked in L&D for much of my career (over 20 years). I’ve led and successfully executed very large programs. I love to manage big scary projects using project management tools and Agile methodologies

• Collaboration is my super power - I love, love, love a cross functional team

• Loving Generative AI and the potential for our field

• You are right - I don’t have all the degrees (working on a Masters now) but I have the experience and skills that are needed to drive success

• Adult learning and learning theory is fun to me (yes for real)

• In my personal and professional life I’m a lifelong learner and read everything I can. When I’m not reading I’m often listening to a podcast or book

• I live in beautiful Colorado and take advantage of all it has to offer! Hiking, walking camping - I LOVE to be outside (note my cool background)

• Family and friends mean everything to me! What is better than dinner or a glass of wine with friends and family?
